Introduction
The integration of trainees into organizational workflows during field attachments plays a crucial role in their skill development and professional growth. This study investigates the extent to which field attachment programs, combined with teamwork dynamics, contribute to overall workplace performance in Kenyan organizations.
Methodology
The research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, with data collected from surveys, interviews, and field observations in various Kenyan companies. The sample consisted of 150 trainees and 50 managers, providing a comprehensive view of the trainee's role in organizational performance.
Results and Discussion
The findings indicate that trainees who participated in structured field attachments with a focus on teamwork exhibited higher levels of skill retention and adaptability. These trainees contributed positively to workplace performance, showing a 25% increase in task efficiency compared to trainees who did not undergo such programs.
